Executive, Revenue Management
Job Responsibilities :
To develop and implement strategies to improve the revenue of the product
To track and report on the pricing activities on daily basis
To allocate and control the inventory on daily basis
Job Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
Required skill (s) : Analytical, MS Office
Applicant must be willing to work in Subang

Ground Operations Officer
Responsibilities :
To assist in the check-in of passengers boarding FY flights
To provide assistance in ensuring correct flights during embarkation of flights
To provide additional and needful services for those incapacitated by age and illness
To track and report on any discrepancies involving passengers boarding flights
To perform ticket sales at counter
Requirements :
Education : Minimum SPM or equivalent
Age between 18 to 30 years old
Minimum height : Female - 157cm and Male - 163cm
Experience in customer service / hospitality industry
Language : Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia both written and verbal
Qualities : Self motivate, independent, team player, good communications skill
Able to work on shifts

Executive, Ground Operations Quality Assurance
Responsibilities :
To administer the elements of Quality and Safety Management System (QMS & SMS)
To structure an approved planned audit program to monitor Ground Operations as to conform to regulatories.
To ensure conformity and adequacy of procedures
To disseminate information and establish training standards
Requirements :
Education : Minimum Bachelor Degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.2 or equivalent
Language : Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia both written and verbal
Qualities : Effective interpersonal and communication skills, team player, independent, disciplined, attention to details
Experience in related fields is added advantage
